We hear you! For items high on demand, Favourful will definitely try to bring in more. However, to protect the originality of our collections, the quantity per design are capped. So, do act fast!
3) Do you do deliver straight to the hotel?
Of course, as per many other suppliers, there will be a minimal handling fee:

Set-up: S$30 per hour
Set-up: S$30 per hour

To ensure that you receive your favours in time, please order in advance and allow for a buffer of 2 months so Favourful can ensure the quality of favours delivered. Let us know if you need to shorter lead time and we shall work it out!

Favourful loves beautiful favours and takes pride in the quality! Don't worry, Favourful will inspect your items before dispatching to save you any hassle of refunding or exchanging. Quality checks, of course, would require some lead time, thus, do order early!

Love to! Personalised favours adds a special touch to your big day. Let us know how you need yours to be personalised. However, due to economy of scale, would need minimum purchase of 1,000 favours before we can proceed, subjected to supplier's confirmation. We do need to charge a fee for such personalisation as well, drop us a mail and we can discuss!

Why not? Favourful is keen to explore bringing in/ designing new favours. Let us know your ideal wedding favours or show us samples that you may have and we will try our best to source it out for you. Do give Favourful advance notice (>3 months) on such requests so we can find the best deal for you.

7) Can I request for favour contents incorporated in the DIY boxes?
DIY favours are available for brides/ grooms who love to put their creativity in play and to create some unique for themselves.
Neverthless, Favourful is more than happy to help you with this.
We can add little treats like candies, potpourri, soap etc depending on your preference at a minimal cost. Let us know and we can work something out!
